Bader Alaskar is a Research Specialist at the Center for Complex Engineering Systems (CCES) at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He received his bachelor’s degree with first class honor in Electrical Engineering with minor in Electronics, from King Saud University (KSU). His undergraduate project was to design and build a heart rate monitoring and tracking system. At CCES, Bader is currently working on power demand forecasting for Saudi Arabia. His research interest areas include energy, statistical and machine learning.
