Eman is a research assistant professor at KACST. She received a PhD from the University of Melbourne, working on research in behavioural simulations of large-scale complex systems. She received a M.S. degree in software engineering from the University of Melbourne. During her work at KACST and the University of Melbourne, she led numerous research projects, conducting research and coming up with solutions that involved data mining, distributed computing, stream processing, machine learning, and deep learning. Eman is working on multidisciplinary research problems in transportation, healthcare and social science. She specializes in smart cities, large-scale complex systems, and AI.
