Shahad graduated with a master’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in the City of New York, specializing in Natural Language Processing. She is a researcher at the Center of Complex Engineering Systems at KACST and MIT. At the center, she works on projects spanning a broad range of fields, including labor economics, social analytics, and health analytics. Through these projects, she gained valuable experience in applying cutting-edge machine learning and data analytics techniques to real-world problems. Her research interests are focused on Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Analytics, and Computational Social Sciences.
